Fillet of perch with citrus fruits

Fillet of perch recipe with photoPhoto: Dmitry Bayrak / dbstudioFor 4 portions: 8 fillets of sea bass, 2 oranges, 6 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 1 lemon, 2 tbsp. l. flour, basil leaves, salt, pepper. Time of preparation: 15 minutes + time for marinating. Caloric value: 316 kcal per 1 portion. Filter the fish with cold water and dry with a napkin. One orange is cleaned and cut into slices. We put in a large bowl of fish fillets, sprinkle with freshly ground and cover with slices of orange. We put it for 4 hours in the fridge, then dry it with a napkin, salt and paniruem in flour. We take 3 tbsp. l. oil from the marinade and fry fish in it for 2.5-5 minutes (depending on the thickness) on each side. From half a lemon and an orange squeeze out the juice and cook with the remaining marinade. In the end, add chopped basil. We pour fish with sauce, decorate with citrus slices. If the fillet is large, then one piece per serving is sufficient.
