The other day she released her third cookbook, Pro Jam, which she presented in the St. Petersburg store Subscriptions. At the same time, she spoke about the main Russian delicacy of Woman’s Day.
- The most terrible question for me: “Your favorite jam?” I love them all, because they depend on my mood, on the time of day, on the season. This season I have an extraordinary love of pear jam with lavender and pepper. I also do not see life without strawberry jam, cherry and further on the list.
- The simplest jam - apple, only falling asleep withworking stove, you can spoil it. It is very fast, it does not need to be cut especially: apples can be skipped through a grater. In addition, it is pure aromatherapy - they left the spices there, raised them twice, and everything, you can go to the banks.

- Want complicated? In my book there is a recipe for "Tsar's jam" from gooseberries - this is such an aerobatics, when with a small spoon you pull out the insides from each berry and there you stuff a small nut. But if you do not remove all these insides, then it is much easier.
- I advise everyone to cook to the music. I have a base playlist for making jam - these are my favorite blues singers Aretha Franklin, Buddy Guy, Eric Clapton, BB King. If you take the composers - Mozart, Chopin, Rachmaninov. Next comes pop, rap, which I have recently very fond of. Timbaland pulled me into his terrible funnel, through him I suddenly came to. He is a surprisingly secondary character. But even in his secondary, he is undoubtedly talented. Listen to music and cook! By the way, cheesecakes under Amy Winehouse are very good!

- There is a myth about jam, it's crazycalorie product due to the large amount of sugar. Forget about it! Following my recipes, for a huge tablespoon of jam, you will have a quarter of sugar, everything else will be juice, berries.
