This high-ranking overseas visitor has not yet become a familiar everyday dish for us and still remains an expensive restaurant dish. Of course, we are talking about the real "Caesar", and not about those surrogates with chicken, dressed with mayonnaise, which are cooked in cookery and are sold in plastic pouches. The original recipe for "Caesar" includes a very rare (for our kitchen) component - Worcestersky sauce. Strictly speaking, Caesar salad sauce makes this dish unusual, exquisite and "elegant". And if the recipe of the salad is known to almost everyone, then few people know about the "right" refueling. Those who prepare this salad at home, in the old manner, fill it with mayonnaise or in the pursuit of originality they add anchovy or spicy sprat fillets to the salad. It would seem that nothing is complicated. However, to prepare this sauce is still problematic. For example, where do you get the exotic Indian tamarind date?
