Salad from spinach - a guest from a neighborEast, and to be precise - from Persia. Miraculous properties of spinach are appreciated even ancient, why should we not take advantage of this amazing gift of nature? Unfortunately, in CIS countries salad with spinach is not as popular as in Europe or America, but every year it is gaining higher and higher positions among us. We advise you not to ignore such a useful and rich in magnesium, iron and protein dish.
Salad with spinach and radish
Cooking time - 20 minutes. For 4 servings you will need:
- Leaf spinach - 200 g
- radish - 2 - 3 beams
- orange - 1 pc.
- orange juice - 50 g.
Spinach pereobite, wash, dry papernapkin. Radish wash and cut into circles. Clean orange, divide into slices. In a salad bowl, put spinach, radish and orange pulp. Pour orange juice and classic Vinaigrette sauce.
To prepare a salad you will need:
- spinach - 400 g
- bacon - 200 g
- tomato (can be cherry) - 2 pcs.
- soy sauce - 20 g
- vegetable oil - 50 g
- juice of lime or lemon - 10 g
- salt and black pepper powder to taste.
Spinach is suitable for both fresh and frozen. Frozen spinach defrost and squeeze water out of it. Fresh spinach wash, cut and put on a heated pan with vegetable oil. Then thinly cut the bacon and put it in the frying pan. Spinach and bacon fry over low heat until obtaining spinach emerald color and a stable pleasant bacon flavor. Wash tomatoes, cut them into slices or slices of medium size, put them in a salad bowl and pour soy sauce. Top with tomatoes and warmed spinach with bacon. Then mix the juice of lemon or lime with soy sauce, add salt and black pepper powder to taste. Serve the salad to the table warm.
Salad with spinach and cheese
Very rich, useful, and most importantly a delicious salad. To prepare it you will need:
- spinach - 250 g
- cheese mozzarella or suluguni - 200 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.
- lemon juice - 2-4 tsp.
- salt - to taste
- black pepper - to taste
Rinse the spinach well in running water. Then dry it in a colander or on a towel. After the spinach has dried, separate the leaves from the stems. Small leaves can not be torn, large necessarily split into several pieces of hands, because when contact with the metal spinach leaves darken and spoil the appetizing form of the dish. Put eggs to cook. After boiling eggs should be boiled for 7 - 10 minutes. Do not forget to put cooked eggs in cold water. We recommend that you separate the yolks from the proteins by cutting the eggs in half. Yolks can be crumbled into spinach with your hands, and squirrels are cut into cubes and add them to spinach. If the spinach leaves are old and rough, they can be blanched. This is done as follows: dip the leaves into boiling water, and then into cold water. The quality of the spinach taste will not change, but the leaves will become soft. To prepare the sauce, mix sour cream with lemon juice, add salt and black pepper powder to taste. Now cut the cheese into cubes one centimeter thick. Mix the cheese with spinach, eggs and season with sauce. Stir and let the salad steep for 30-40 minutes.
Salad not only justifies its name bytaste, but also contains a minimum number of calories, which is very important. To prepare this representative of salads from spinach, we need:
- fresh spinach - 70 g
- tomato - one large
- quail eggs - 4 pcs.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
- lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- white ground pepper to taste
- salt to taste.
Take away the soft spinach leaves. If the spinach leaves are old or rough, then try them. After harvesting the leaves, spinach and dry. Greek salad with spinach

- lettuce leaves - ½ head
- spinach (sliced leaves) - 50 g
- tomatoes (slices) - 3 pcs.
- cucumber - 2 pcs.
- onion (sweet) - 1 pc.
- sweet green pepper - 1 pc.
- cheese of hard varieties (better than Feta or Brynza) - 200 g
- olives without pits - 12 pcs.
- fresh green marjoram - 50 g
For lemon sauce you will need:
- olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt and black pepper powder to taste.
Salad, marjoram and spinach well rinse. Salad and marjoram cut into strips. Separate the spinach leaves from the stems and tear them with hands to pieces of medium size. If the spinach leaves are rough, they can be problanshirovat (first lower for a second in boiling water, then in very cold water - this will give the leaves softness, and taste will not change). Rinse onion, peel and cut into thin rings or semi-rings as desired (although in the original they are cut into rings). Pepper rinse and peel from seeds and pedicles, then cut into thin semicircles (so the pepper will become softer). Remove the cheese from the yogurt, if it's Feta cheese, let it drain, and then cut into medium cubes. Cubes should not be small, because in the original salad cheese is served in a large piece, and breaks his hands already in the plate. If you use hard cheese, cut it simply with cubes of medium size, not more than one centimeter in width. To make a lemon sauce, mix olive oil, lemon juice, a bit of green marjoram, salt and black pepper to taste, then let the sauce steep for 7-10 minutes. Mix the lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, cucumber and pepper in a salad bowl. Then lay on top of sliced cheese, olives and sprinkle with marjoram (the olives can be cut into thick rings). Season the salad with lemon sauce and serve.
This salad of spinach is very nutritious and healthy, and most importantly delicious. To prepare a recipe, you will need:
- lentils - 100 g
- vegetable marinade - 200 ml
- chili (dried) - 1 pc.
- thyme (dry) - 1/2 h.
- spinach (leaves) - 200 g
- apple (sour) - 1 pc.
- apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
- sunflower oil - 3 ct.
- tomato - 2 pcs.
- apple cider vinegar - 1 ct.
- lemon juice or citric acid - 10 g
- salt and white ground pepper - to taste.
First, prepare a vegetable marinade. Vegetable marinades are sour-sweet, sour and sharp - sweet and sour marinade is suitable for us. The main ingredients of the vegetable marinade are vinegar, sugar, salt and spices. Citric acid also gives the marinade a sweet and sour taste. The basis for the marinade is peppers sweet, onion and tomato. To do this, rinse the pepper, remove the seeds and stalk, then cut into small cubes. Rinse the tomato and cut into small slices, and the onions are semicircular. All ingredients, salt and put on a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Stew on low heat for 10 -15 minutes, then pour in a mixture of one tablespoon of vinegar, a teaspoon of sugar, 10 grams of salt and five grams of citric acid. Stir and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly. Prepare a vegetable marinade. Rinse the lentils and mix it with the vegetable marinade. Pre-lentil is preferably washed several times under cold running water, and then soaked in cold water for 15-20 minutes, so that it softens and quickly cooked. Add, washed and peeled off seeds and stems, chili and thyme, then cook over medium heat for 40-45 minutes with the lid closed. Spinach washed thoroughly, then separate the leaves from the stems and dry them. The apple must be washed, cleaned of seeds and cores, cut into 4 pieces, and cut into strips. After the lentils are ready, mix it with spinach and apples, then spread them over the plates. Wash tomatoes and remove the base, then cut into small cubes. Take the chili pepper from the lentils and combine it with the tomato. Lay the mixture of tomato and chili, top of lentils, mixed with apples and spinach. Lightly season and add white pepper powder to taste. To prepare the sauce for the salad, mix the apple cider vinegar, sour cream, salt and white pepper ground, add the vegetable oil and let it brew for 5-7 minutes.
