We are all used to the fact that pancakes areindependent dish. True, they are different, and in every national cuisine there is necessarily a special recipe for this simple, but very tasty dish. However, in modern culinary crepes there was another use. Do you know, for example, that you can make a salad with pancakes? Suddenly? But the original! Salad with mushrooms and pancakes, you are sure to surprise your guests. And given that the recipe for such a salad does not exist in one version, you can always diversify the festive menu with a very tasty, satisfying and rather rare salad.
Mushroom salad with pancakes and onions
The most simple salad with mushrooms pancakes and onions. Strictly speaking, this is its main ingredients:
- Marinated champignons - 200 grams;
- Onion - 2 heads;
- Eggs of chicken - 5 pieces;
- Vegetable oil.
Preparation: For a salad, prepare egg pancakes: from five eggs - five pancakes. To do this, alternately beat each egg, pour into a greased pan and fry pancakes on both sides (like ordinary pancakes). Let's leave the pancakes cool, and in the meantime we will deal with mushrooms and onions. We clean and finely shred or cut the straws with both onions, and then fry them in vegetable oil. Marinated mushrooms are also chopped and put into a salad bowl. Then add the toasted onions and pancakes cut into thin strips. We put salt and pepper to taste, add mayonnaise and mix.
Salad with pancakes, mushrooms and chicken
- Chicken breast - 1 piece;
- Carrots - 1 piece;
- Fresh champignons - 6 pieces;
- Fresh tomato - 1 piece;
- Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons;
- Soy sauce;
- Fresh greenery;
- Vegetable oil;
- Thin pancakes - 3-4 pieces.
Preparation: First fry fresh thin pancakes. Mix one raw egg with a pinch of salt and whisk. Then add to the egg about a glass of milk and pour the sifted flour, mixing the batter. Pancakes fry in a buttered frying pan and cool. And then cut them with straws and put them in a salad bowl. Raw chicken breast cut with narrow brusochkami, and washed and dried mushrooms straws. Carrots are cleaned and rubbed on a large grater or cut into thin strips. In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry chicken breast and mushrooms until half cooked, and then add carrots to them and continue to fry until soft carrots. Throw the fry in the colander to make the glass excess oil. In a salad bowl with chopped pancakes, we spread the frying pan, add salt to taste, a couple of pinch of sugar, lemon juice and mix everything. Delicate mushroom salad with onion
Try to make a salad with mushrooms and egg pancakes made from proteins. It turns out very delicate, light and unusually tasty. Ingredients:
- Fresh white mushrooms or champignons - 200 grams;
- Egg whites - 3 pieces;
- Onions - 1-2 heads;
- Juice of half a lemon;
- Ground black pepper;
- Sour cream.
Preparation: For this delicate lettuce we prepare in advance. We clean the bulbs of the bulb, cut them with very thin rings and add them to a bowl. Add two or three pinch of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, a little black pepper and lemon juice. Fill the onions with boiling water and leave to marinate for half an hour. In the meantime, fry protein pancake. Proteins beat to light foam and pour them into a heated and oiled frying pan. And even better for this use a pan with non-stick coating. Remove the pancake from the pan, cool and cut into thin strips. Mushrooms are mine, cut into plates, fry in vegetable oil and thrown into a colander, so that they cool down and give away excess oil. We put the pressed marinated onions in a salad bowl, add fried mushrooms and sliced protein pancake to it. We fill the salad with sour cream, we put salt and black ground pepper to taste. If desired, the salad can be seasoned with spices.
Salad with pancakes, mushrooms and ham
- 2 pancakes;
- 100 grams of ham;
- 100 grams of pickled mushrooms;
- Half head red onion;
- 3 tablespoons of canned corn;
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Preparation: For this salad, ready-made pancakes, left over from breakfast or lunch, are quite suitable. But you can also specially bake a couple of pancakes. Smash one egg into the cup, mix it with a pinch of salt and a half cup of milk or boiled water add flour, kneading the batter. Bake the pancakes on an oiled frying pan, cool them and cut into narrow strips. Further ham cut straws and put in a bowl. Add the same cut pancakes, canned corn and chopped onions. If desired, salt salad and season it with black pepper or any spices to your liking. We put mayonnaise, mix and take a sample. Our unusual salad is ready!
Salad with mushrooms and omelet pancakes
A very tasty and hearty salad can be prepared with egg pancakes, mushrooms and chicken. For him we need the following ingredients:
- Halva of chicken breast;
- 200 grams of fresh champignons;
- 2 heads of onions;
- 3 eggs;
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Preparation: Pre-marinate onions to give it a sour taste. Bulbs are cleaned, cut into half rings and stacked in a colander. Several times we bow the onions with steep boiling water and quickly cool under running water. Then add onion rings in a bowl, pour with table vinegar, mixed salt and black pepper, and leave the onions to marinate for fifteen minutes. After that, merge the marinade and throw the onion into a colander. Chicken breast boil in salted water, cool and disassemble the fibers. Champignons mine, cut into plates and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil. We drain excess oil by laying the mushroom fry in a colander or a strainer. From eggs and mayonnaise, prepare egg pancakes. Mix these ingredients and fry three pancakes in a small frying pan, which is lightly oiled with vegetable oil. Chilled pancakes are cut into noodles. All the prepared ingredients - pancakes, chicken, onions and mushrooms - are transferred to a salad bowl, salted to taste and dressed with mayonnaise. Serve the salad chilled. As you can see, a salad with mushrooms pancakes and onions can really be very different. It can be diversified to your liking, adding almost any additional ingredients.
