Preparation: For this soup, peas need to be soaked in advance. If you do this in the evening, then quickly boil the soup. And you can still soak it in the morning (for example, before leaving for work). Then in the evening you will spend a maximum of half an hour preparing this soup. So, the washed peas are washed, put into a saucepan, poured cold water and put on fire. While the peas are brewed, washed, we clean the carrot and cut it along into two halves, and then cut the carrot into thin semicircles. The bulb is also cleaned and chopped into small cubes. Pour the vegetable oil into the frying pan, add to it a piece of creamy and hot. Put the onions and carrots into a frying pan and fry them so that the vegetables are lightly browned.   • Pea flakes - 200 g;
  • Smoked sausage - 200g;
  • Potatoes - 2-3 pcs .;
  • Carrots - 1 piece;
  • Bulb - 1 piece;
  • Sweet pepper - 1 piece;
  • Salt, green parsley.

Preparation: Carrots and potatoes are mine and cleaned, and then potatoes are cut into cubes, and the carrot is passed through a large grater. Pepper is purified from seeds, mine and cut into strips. Onion shred, sausage, peeled from the shell, cut with narrow brusochkami. Then fry the carrots in a frying pan with vegetable oil, fold it into a colander, and in the same oil fry the onions. When the onion is almost ready, we put sausage into the frying pan and fry for another three minutes. We take a two-liter pot, pour water into it and put it on the fire. As soon as the water boils, we put potatoes in a saucepan and let the water boil. Pea flakes are poured into boiling water, brought to a boil and put the Bulgarian pepper.
