Pancakes with milk
To prepare pancakes on sour milk, we will need:
- Wheat flour - 1 cup;
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
- Vegetable oil - 100 grams;
- Butter - 30 grams;
- Spoiled milk.

- Wheat flour - 3 cups;
- Drinking soda - 1 teaspoon;
- Boiled water - 3/4 cup;
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation: Sugar is beaten with egg and salt, we add kefir and well sifted flour. The dough is thoroughly stirred, we break the formed lumps, and when it looks like thick sour cream, add the boiled water. Water should be poured into the center of the container with the test, while gently stirring. Add a little vegetable oil and soda, previously extinguished with a drop of vinegar. Bake on a hot frying pan, without lubricating it. Ready pancakes on sour kefir are served to the table with honey or jam.
