Cooking method: First, wash the apples and cut them with a knife into four equal parts. The core and seeds can be obtained, but if you do not want to spend time for this, do not bother - believe me, jelly will not get any worse. Now put the fruit in a saucepan, pour the amount of water indicated in the recipe, cover it and put it on a very weak fire. Then cook with regular stirring for about 25 minutes. When the surface appears bubbles, and the product begins to turn into a mess, remove the dishes from the stove and flip the apples in a colander. The latter is covered with a piece of clean gauze and drain all liquid. Leave the fruit mass aside for two hours to make it glass. After the specified time, the juice is again poured into a saucepan, pour out the sugar here and cook over medium heat. When the liquid begins to boil, reduce the power of the burner to a minimum and boil the jelly, without forgetting to constantly stir and remove the foam. After about 60 minutes, put the mass in a spoon: if it falls in large clumps, then the dish is ready. Spread it in pre-prepared jars (preferably sterilized) and cover with lids. Do not overturn! Jelly "Kislinka" from fresh apples

- sour apples - one kilogram
- cold water
- three glasses of granulated sugar
- two pinch of vanilla sugar
Cooking method: Wash the dried apples well: for this, lay them on a clean towel or, in order to save time, just wipe thoroughly. Then cut into several lobules, you can small cubes. Do not take out the core and bones, as they will break up during cooking. Now put the fruit mass in a saucepan, pour in the water, which should cover the apples exactly up to half, and cook under the lid at minimum heat for about half an hour. Then fold, cover the sieve with gauze and strain the future of the jelly. Leave it for fifteen minutes to leave excess fluid. After again, put the fruit in an enamel saucepan, pour out the sugar and cook for 20 minutes. When the foam appears, remove it, and at the very end, add vanillin and mix well. Cook on a low heat, stirring regularly, until the fruit becomes soft and fleshy, after folding them and letting it drain. In the resulting apple juice, enter the gelatin, pre-soaked in a few tablespoons of cold water, and put on a plate. Stir until the product is completely dissolved, then add boiled apples and almonds, finely chopped. The finished jelly is spread over molds, which must be rinsed with water beforehand. - 15 grams of gelatin
- fresh mint
Cooking method: From the washed apples remove the core, get rid of pits and cut into thin slices. Then transfer them to a pan with a thick bottom, pour water and cook until the fruit becomes soft and juice is not allowed. In the meantime, tackle gelatin - just soak it in non-hot water and let it brew for fifteen to twenty minutes. When apples become soft, strain them with a thick piece of gauze, folded several times. Pour the juice into a separate bowl, and grind the fruit mass with a sieve. Now combine the resulting liquid with sugar and gelatin, put on minimal fire and, regularly stirring with a spoon, cook until bubbles form. When the syrup begins to boil, pour it into the forms and send it to the refrigerator. Apple mashed potatoes in a deep bowl and whisk with a mixer or special whisk. - 30 milliliters of sugar syrup
- 70 grams of prunes
- four grams of gelatin
- 100 milliliters of water

Then soak gelatin in a small amount of water, and when it swells (in time it takes about half an hour), throw it back in a colander. As for the prunes, then fill it with a warm liquid and, when it softens, cut into small cubes. Now the finished gelatin is added to the apple mass, add the sugar syrup and boil it, stirring constantly. Pour the jelly into special shapes or ordinary cups, on the bottom of which previously lay out the prunes, and send to freeze in the refrigerator.
