December 31, do not break the habitual diet. If you refuse breakfast or lunch, you will certainly eat too much for a festive dinner. Therefore, in advance, stock up on calories during a light and healthy breakfast and lunch, and never go on a visit to an empty stomach. Pamper yourself with delicious and healthy food all the last day of the year. Let your holiday begin in the morning! And before a feast eat kiwi or an apple. You can drink a glass of juice, milk or tea, better than green. This will save you from the night gluttony.
Be sure to wear a dress for the figure. Such clothes subconsciously disciplined. If you are not quite happy with your proportions - this is not an excuse to wear a voluminous hoodie that hides your dignity.
