  • one large spoonful of gelatin
  • 200 grams of pasteurized milk

  • the same amount of sour cream
  • six tablespoons of sugar

Cooking method: Usually gelatin for jelly is soaked in cool water, but according to this recipe it is necessary to do it in cream. By the way, if you do not have this product, use pasteurized milk. When the gelatin is increased in size (after about half an hour) put the mixture on a steam bath and stir constantly until the ingredient completely dissolves. However, bring to a boil is not necessary - to do this, just make a very weak fire. After dissolution, allow the mixture to cool. In the meantime, rub sugar with cottage cheese with a fork.   • dietary curd - 400 grams
  • a cup of powdered sugar
  • several rings of canned pineapple
  • a glass of boiled water
  • one packing of gelatin
  • 25 grams of flavored cocoa

Cooking method: To begin with, note that this jelly is not necessarily prepared from canned pineapple. If you want, use fresh. So, send the gelatin to the previous products and mix everything thoroughly. Then recompense the finished mixture: one part pour into the forms, and in another, pour out the cocoa and, after stirring well, pour into the molds. The dish should be frozen, it will take about three hours. After this time, take out the dessert from the refrigerator, decorate with mint and call everyone to the table.

The combination of blueberries and cottage cheese is a realextravaganza of taste, and if they also meet in a delicious dessert, then no one will refuse such a dish. Try it! The specified products will be enough for the preparation of four servings. Ingredients:

  • 50 grams of brown sugar

Then heat the mixture on fire until this product dissolves (you can put a bowl with it in a microwave oven).
