If at the moment of the birth of SuvorovskyRostovites used to talk about a new microdistrict, but today this concept is outdated. - Suvorovsky is a full-fledged city district. A microdistrict is 25 houses, like in our military town. In many years, 600 buildings will grow here. All the company's efforts are aimed at creating a comfortable city district, - says Nikolay Britvin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rostovskoye JSC (part of the VKB-Novostroyki association of developers in the south). The immediate plans include the construction of 56 houses. This is how many buildings will appear here by 2025. It is difficult to talk about the time of further development now, since the Suvorovsky of the future, according to the creators, will have to be located on more than 800 hectares. The future school is designed for 1,340 students. The complex will be located on the territory of military town No. 140, which is part of the 1st microdistrict of Suvorovskoye. The school will be built according to a modern design, taking into account the further development of the district. As planned, the construction will be completed in the second quarter of 2019. The school will have large multifunctional modern assembly halls and a sports hall. In addition to classrooms, the new educational institution will have parking areas, recreation areas, and utility rooms. There is a children's playground and a sports ground near each house. There is a post office, and a building for the Ministry of Emergency Situations is being built. Suvorovsky has its own water main, pumping station, boiler house, power line and treatment facilities. In October of this year, a sports complex was opened with a mini-football field with an all-season surface, a rollerdrome and a workout area. There is a gym for fitness and training. - We are glad that today Suvorovsky is not only built up by us. New construction companies are coming, which together with us make this area more comfortable for its residents, - said Nikolay Britvin.

Many people really like the large distance betweenhouses in Suvorovsky, you can forget about the usual crowding of the central courtyards. In summer, the temperature in the area is one to four degrees lower than the city average. There are no hazardous industries nearby, but there is a reservoir in the immediate vicinity. Communal services are not more expensive than in other areas. But there is a boiler room, the temperature in the apartments corresponds to the weather. In general, I really like our area. I do not regret that we bought an apartment here. Sadiki, school - all this is or is being built. We do not go to kindergarten yet, we stand in line, the child is still small. But, of course, it is convenient that the garden will be within walking distance. I know that after a while there will be a polyclinic, moms will be much calmer. It's great that the residents are basically the same as we are - young, there are a lot of children in the district. All are sociable, often there are joint holidays, picnics, active communication in the Suvorovsky group.
