Fish Casserole with Potatoes and Broccoli

  • 4–5 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 small head of fresh broccoli or 400 g frozen
  • 400 ml sour cream
  • 500 g white or red fish fillets
  • 200 g of cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • curry
  • 50 g cream or 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil

Cooking: 1. Wash the potatoes with a brush, peel and grate the mandolin grated. 2.. Broccoli dip in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, remove, dip in ice water to maintain color. You can add a pinch of baking soda in boiling water. Put the potatoes in water, where broccoli is cooked, cook for 10 minutes.4. Fold the potatoes in a colander, wait for the water to drain, then grease the pan with the sides with butter, put the potatoes in a layer of about two centimeters.5. Cut the fish into small pieces, salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. Grate cheese, mix with sour cream, add curry, salt, you can add milk. Water with broccoli drain. Put fish and broccoli on strips of potatoes, pour sauce. Bake until potatoes and fish are soft. Serve "piping hot." Not a dish - a rare yummy!
