Trout with steamed berries and vegetables

Ingredients (for 2 servings):Fresh or chilled trout (pieces) - 300 gCranberries (fresh or frozen) - 300 g Brussels sprouts - 250 g Water - 200 ml Honey - 3 tbsp. L. Lemon - 2 pcs. Lemon or pink pepper - at the tip of a knife Salt - at the tip of a knife Preparation method: Berry sauce and honey are traditionally used in meat or poultry dishes, but try this unusual combination of berries with fish, and the result will not disappoint you! For cooking, you need a double boiler - if you do not have a stationary, you can use the insert in the pan. Put the Brussels sprouts to cook first (for 20-25 minutes), and a little later - salted and peppered fish (for 15 minutes). As long as the base of the dish reaches condition, prepare the sauce: boil water in a saucepan with honey, then add the berries. Cut the zest from the lemons, send it to the pan and squeeze the juice. Instead of one of the lemons, you can take a lime, and a couple of slices should be left for decoration. Boil all this for about 15 minutes, stirring. Then wipe the sauce through a sieve for homogeneity, immediately fill it with fish and serve it on the table.
