  • 2 onions
  • 1 vegetable marrow
  • 1/4 head of cabbage
  • 3 potatoes
  • half a sweet pepper
  • 1 carrot, vegetable oil
  • 50 g of butter

Preparation1. On a warm vegetable oil, fry the finely chopped onions and carrots, cut into cubes, for 7 minutes. Cut cabbage, potatoes and zucchini into cubes. Add the cabbage, a little water, stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Then send the same zucchini and chopped randomly pepper. Stew for another 10 minutes, then add the potatoes. If necessary, pour a little water, salt to taste, add a pinch of sugar and simmer under the lid until the potatoes are ready. Serve as an independent dish or as a garnish. Important: the next day the stew will be even tastier.
