Traditional Olivier in a new way

- 500–600 g low-fat boiled boneless beef
- 10–12 pickled cucumbers
- 1 onion
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 3 potatoes "in uniform"
- 2 tbsp. l green peas
- mayonnaise
- greenery
Preparation: 1.Cut the boiled beef into very thin slices, select two approximately the same. 2. Peel the potatoes and chop very finely. 3. cucumbers and onions (who don't like it, you can do it without onions), too, very finely chop. 4. Mix chopped vegetables with mayonnaise, taste, if necessary - salt. 5. Put 1.5-2 tsp on a slice of beef. fillings, cover with a second slice, squeeze gently. Do not put a lot of filling so that it does not go over the edges of the pieces of meat. 6. Cut the eggs into 8 slices. 7. Put a spoonful of the filling on a serving plate, strengthen the meat sandwich on it, put the egg wedges and green peas on the sides. 8. You can add circles of boiled carrots. Tip: The meat must be cut with a chilled and always sharp knife, then the slices will be even.
